I developed The Mac Method, a performance based approach to training built around core integration, breath mechanics and precise movement.
Sara Mac Performance is a bespoke Pilates and performance studio based in Alexandria, Sydney.
My approach is centred on developing strength, stability and control from the inside out, combining reformer Pilates with performance based training to enhance endurance, alignment and long term movement.
I work with athletes, driven individuals and post natal clients, focusing on building strong foundations first. Training is designed to support both performance and recovery.
With an extensive background in studio based Pilates training and experience working alongside high performing athletes across a range of sports - including the NRL, golf, swimming and professional dance, my method is grounded in results while remaining adaptable to each individual.
